PSI QAS analyzes police report narratives against Arizona statutes, case law standards, and documentation best practices. It does not store narrative text — only quality scores and flags are logged.
Each finding is color-coded by how much it affects your score:
🔴 CRITICAL / ERROR Suppression risk or legally required documentation that is missing. Largest score impact.
🟠 MAJOR Documentation insufficiency that could weaken or sink a charge.
🟡 WARNING Best-practice gap — weakens the report but is not legally fatal.
ℹ️ INFO Minor suggestion that improves the report; small score impact.
⚪ NOTICE Informational only, or it cannot be confirmed from the narrative — no score impact.
🟢 GOOD Element is present and correctly documented.
The overall score (0–100) reflects documentation completeness and articulation quality. It is a training tool — it does not determine prosecutorial outcome.

PSI QAS is an AI-assisted tool designed to support — not replace — human review of police report narratives. All analysis results are advisory only. Every result produced by this tool must be independently verified by a certified law enforcement officer before any changes are made to a report. All reports must still be reviewed and approved by a law enforcement supervisor in accordance with agency policy. PSI QAS does not constitute legal advice and is not a substitute for supervisory oversight.
